Hull FC defeated Warrington Wolves on Saturday at Wembley, winning the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup.
Hull City Council and Hull FC are inviting rugby fans to join in a city centre celebratory event in Queens Gardens.
Hull FC fans will be able to join in the celebrations of the team's success as they travel from the KCOM Stadium into the city centre on an open top bus, before greeting supporters on a stage in Queens Gardens.
Organised by the Council's events team, the three hour celebrations will get underway from 12.30pm with Hull FC's pitch announcer James Clark warming up the crowd.
It will also feature music from accomplished opera singer Sarah Rhodes and former Hull FC player, Sammy Lloyd, who won the cup with Hull in 1982, will also feature on stage with a performance of his Wembley themed charity song 'Come On You 'ull'.
There will also be interviews with the full first team squad, coach Lee Radford and Chairman Adam Pearson - and the chance for the team to thank their fans for their support.
A big screen will show the highlights of the team's history and the journey in reaching the final, along with footage from the thrilling game. A live camera will show the team arriving onto the stage, the Ladbroke Challenge Cup trophy and the crowd enjoying the homecoming event.

"Many congratulations to Hull FC for winning the Challenge Cup for a fourth time. The team are having an exceptional season and are going from strength-to-strength so this cup win is thoroughly deserved.
"Hull is a great sporting city and I am always delighted when our professional sports teams have the opportunity to showcase their top-level skills on a national stage and go on to a successful win at the same time.
"I hope that people will join me in Queen's Gardens on Monday to celebrate Hull FC's Wembley victory."
Hull FC now have a shot at winning the League Leaders Shield and the Super League Grand Final, with four games to go in the regular season, including at least two matches at the KCOM Stadium.
The open top bus parade will depart the KCOM Stadium at 1.30pm, travelling along the Boulevard, past Hull FC's former home, along Hessle Road, Rawling Way and into the town centre.
It will also travel up Ferensway, Prospect Street, George Street and Wilberforce Drive.
They will then greet supporters in Queens Gardens as they step out onto the stage at 2pm.
Throughout the event rugby fans will also have the chance to donate money to the Hull&Proud Fund, which sees Hull FC donate money to three chosen charities - The Steve Prescott Foundation, Life for a Kid and the Hull FC Community Foundation.
Parking is available in Hull city centre, normal parking charges will apply.
Fans are advised to arrive in good time at Queens Gardens and are asked not to assemble at the KCOM Stadium.
The stadium is only being used as an assembly point for the bus parade departure and not an area for fans to meet the players.
