I know I shouldn't really be bothered but their could be some innocent party's involved so feel I need to do what's only fair .

I bought 13 tickets for the final and they sent them to the wrong person with the same surname as me and I recieved her 2 tickets .
I returned hers to the club and they still haven't been claimed . my 13 have been cancelled and won't work at Wembley if they have been passed on or sold your iin for disappointment I'm afraid .
The tickets are block 551 row 17 . so if you have got these off someone let me know what seat and I can let you know if they are one of the 13 .

Yes that's what they have done Shauney so if the original tickets have been sold or passed on they will be void and someone could turn up at Wembley to some bad news . cheers

When did you receive the wrong tickets mate?, I sincerely hope it wasn't too long ago there's an innocent explanation for this like her being on holiday or something. I'm also wondering about the competency of someone working for the club who manages to get it so wrong. I mean, if the name was exactly the same there's perhaps slight mitigating circumstances but different first names, one male, one female? I also hope that the Wembley authorities are fully prepared for situations like this to avoid problems occurring when said tickets don't work. Having bought a ticket, you believe in good faith, then being denied entry to one of the biggest games in your club's history would lead to frustration in the extreme. I suggest anyone who reads this thread and knows of someone who bought tickets "unofficially", has a word to make sure they've not received any of the dodgy ones. All very unsatisfactory, hope you don't have any problems on the day mate.

I ordered a single ticket for Doncaster over the phone while stood in the queue at the stadium. When I went to collect it the following week I thought i'd open the envelope in the car to check where I was going to be sat and found three tickets so it maybe happens more than we think. And yes - I went straight back in and handed over the extra tickets
