best overseas signing since Richard Swain? I didn't know much about him apart from he is the brother of Anthony. I think a lot of us on here were pretty underwhelmed when it was announced. Gold Coast fans said he was a good solid player but his best years were behind him and he deserved a super league pension. What a fantastic player he is. (In addition he must have the biggest thighs in super league). Discuss.

My favourite FC player for many reasons, as you say a fantastic player who can drag opposition defences around and has brilliant footwork. In terms of the question, another obvious standout for me is Willie Manu who during the Agar years was essentially just passed the ball and expected to work miracles to compensate for the lack of attacking options, which he often did, and contributed a lot to the side over a number of years.

He certainly came up with one of my favourite hand offs of the season, swatting Brad Dwyer in the face as he scored his try at the HJ.

I'd say he's the best since Manu. That guy was pretty special.
He seems a little less effective this year but I put that down to defences learning how to contain him and turn him inside. This year we'll get to see what his big game performances are like and I'm looking forward to it.

The guy is the personification of selfless commitment to your team. Finally replaced Willie Manu but got an upgrade too IMO. Whichever way it goes at Wembley he'll be in a with a shot of the Lance Todd.

Minichello has been absolutely fantastic, for me he adds more on the field than Ellis, I know most disagree but there you go. However he has some way to go to beat Manu's offload in the 2011 MM derby game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9T1kiYYzoyg

Thanks for the memories that was a great day! It was right below me I couldn't believed how he managed the offload to Yeaman. I'm sure that was the game where Rovers were that desperate to win Hudgell de-registered Mason so Dobson could play. I remember that he was interviewed after the game and described the whole thing as a circus!
