He looked good in his first couple of seasona with us, good leg drive and always seemed to poke his nose through the line. Now he seems pretty ineffectual tbh, certainly no better than Hadley.

Granted he was poor tonight, but hes been better than hadley all season imo, and been good up until tonight, hadley offers very little going forward where as thompson usually splits defences, hes got good speed and footwork, which hadley doesnt offer
To those who watched in on TV, what was our first 'try' disallowed for? Looked OK to me. Won the ball in the air fair and square as far as I could see but the big screen isn't the best definition.

And given a bit more time think he will come good, hes got great balance and good speed, just needs to work on his support play from 6. But I do get what your saying and may be proved right. Just think carlos really could be the answer imo
Would rather see Pryce at 6 for the remainder of the season.. But wont happen..
We look a better attacking, cohesive team with him there -IMO..

Has he, I can't remember Thompson having one great game all year, Hadley is a better defender and safer with the ball, TBF neither would be in my first choice 17.

Carlos was offside at the kick and within 10m of the Cas player who tried to catch it.
