Any tips for parking on Friday? I am hearing some horror stories about getting out of the stadium car parks afterwards.

I haven't found any details yet, if there are any.

avoid lakeside shopping centre car park, took nearly 2 hours in 2008 to get out, although it was a saturday afternoon


plenty of road parking on the industrial estates around the ground

I usually park in one of the bays in the road that runs around the lake. Straight out at end of game.

Why are you all saying where you will park? You will now have 1000 cars trying to get those spaces!

I asked one of my accounts who is a Doncaster Rovers fan and he give me some inside info

park on the far side of lakeside (towards the asda) theres lots of parking, street and also a large car park with no restrictions. walk by the lake and across to the stadium 10 to 15 mins tops. easier to get away from here too as theres more options. look for either lakeside boulevard or Gliwice way on google maps. you can see the parking on the aerial view
