In one way yes, but if you win the cup as we did in 2005 by having to beat all top teams bar Leigh in succesive matches were one loss means you're out of contention defines you in a subtly different way that is equally as impressive. You can recover from a loss in SL and still win, that's never the case in a cup comp.

For me I'm torn, prefer both plus kicking some Aussie booty next year but I'm going to plump for a GF win ever so slightly over a CC win. The never won at wembley thing doesn't bother me and even though Dave 'I can't commentate for shizzle' Woods mentions it every match of ours he does and the dobbins fans knock one out over it, it's absolutely meaningless. Where doesn't matter, it's never mattered, that you've won does.

Living in Sheffield i listen to West Yorkshire Sport on Radio Leeds every Sunday. Been a really poor season for Superleague according to them everyweek because Leeds and Huddersfield have been so poor, whereas they have been saying for the last few weeks how much better the Championship has been because Batley,Halifax,Featherstone and Bradford were around the top four.
