As I said a couple of weeks ago, I wouldn't be surprised if we turned Catalans over. It's a very Trinityesque way to win when we're underdogs and even our own fans are counting us out.
Can't believe a few are whinging a bit about parts of our game, I mean come on we've just won in Catalans. Ateotd how many teams have won down in France this year. I thought we showed great character, dogged determination and team spirit to come back. Also the fitness was excellent when you consider the heat they were playing in. The lads won't have experienced temperatures like that over here that's for sure.
I hoped before the game that we may be able to sort our form out and get back to some consistency for the rest of the season, not saying we're there yet but a win like this will do a world of good for the confidence of the side.
Anyway congratulations to all the team, you've done us proud.

We were a little untidy at times but the effort was magnificent, you can't fault our lads for grit and determination, it's been in spadeloads this season. Had a nice cheeky bet on us to win at 5/1 made it all the more sweet for me. Fingers crossed on the injury front, we can't afford to lose any more players with only 2 weeks to go to the semi.
Great perfomance, great support, great atmosphere, great day all round. Now 2 days to soak up the sun and sample the local vin with a smile on my face. Up the Trin.

I really think your BOD failed on that one. Fans want instant results that will never change but the Board is paid to keep its nerve. Chester had a bad spell and they should have supported him through it, certainly longer than game 4 was it?
As an ex Man U fan I recall just how dreadful and mean dreadful Ferguson was in his first few season and look what happened there! Not suggesting Chester is a RL Ferguson but clearly he has potential, certainly more than Webster IMHO.
Well I cant get to see the highlights, Sky put the match report and Pat Richards conversion miss up pretty quick last night but no highlights. This morning there are highlights in the match report, but they're from Cas v Catalans game last week....huh Anyway, regardless of that, Catalans must be wondering what happened this season to drop 4 league points by 3 game points to a wakey team playing both games away from home, those 4 points would have put them right in the mix at the top. I can see the beginnings of a little hoodoo forming for the future, bit harsh on Pat Richards though.

There's a well known video sharing web site which has highlights if you search Catalans v Wakefield. Marvellous French commentary as well.
