Maybe that's the best way. Treat it like a long coach trip. Players lounging around hotels for a couple of days often seemed to be a recipe for lethargy. A few trips to London confirmed that.

Maybe in the colder part of the season. But this time of year I think it would be better to a have a day or two aclimatising to the heat.
Soak up tons of pressure (from Penalties), get the ball back on the halfway line eventually, knock on on the first tackle, then concede a soft try. Though I wouldn't fancy tackling Taylor to be honest.
