Just popped in to get 5 tickets for the game. Hull's initial allocation was half of the East Stand and the North End (Wigan with the other half and other end). Hull were then given half of the West Stand. We've now been given the entire West Stand as well.
I asked if it was likely to sell out and he told me Wigan had only sold 600 (yes, six hundred) tickets! Surely that can't be true?! If so, that's a horrendous worry from them.

maybe they are all waiting for the final, saving their pennies, a couple of them on their forum are certain they are going to beat us

How would Hull know how many wigan have sold? 600 sounds like fiction
A usually reliable Wigan fan on Twitter said a couple of days back that their sales were around 700.
Seemed unlikely but who knows? Their official website was still plugging sales of their original allocation on Wednesday. I think they had an allowance of four per passholder too.

If people don't attend games, it affects the game as a whole.
It's embarrassing that a 15k stadium is struggling to sell out a semi final between two of the biggest clubs in the country.
