Seems to me a naive 21 year old has been used by a terrible agent and two clubs- and tgen threatened with legal action by FC, great start.
The 50k you are allegedly paying him would pay for three youngsters to get a professional contract- it's bonkers!
Because Thewlis came out with all the rhetoric and insinuation when the signing was announced. Not to mention the threat of a six figure transfer fee. As it happens though , Hull FC acted entirely professionaly and within RFL guidelines, as was confirmed today. There's only one club who have tried to sign an already contracted player, and that's yours.

He seems strangely quiet though. It would only take a quick tweet to say the YP report was wrong and that he's still going to be a Hull player next season. Presumably he's not contacted Hull either as the club hasn't quoted him confirming his commitment.

Radford was interviewed on RH on Sports Talk. I thought he was uncomfortable answering the questions unsurprisingly so in the circumstances. He said he had not spoken to Connor but expected him to line up for Hull next season. He didn't sound convincing.

According to the papers he told Hull on Tuesday he wants to stay at hudds. Fair enough if he does as long as we are compensated

I think he has realized he has a much better chance of regular first team action at Huddersfield playing full back,combined now with a better contract. Cant see him at our club being a regular starter in any position. For me he would be another Curtis Naughton. Get a pay off from Huddersfield and use the money where its needed trying to find a 6.
