You maybe right that we will rest a few players for the Salford game but that may not be relevant if Salford can't make the top 8 and are focusing on their middle 8's campaign.
Be very surprised if we didn't finish top at the split on pts diff with Wigan
salford could be playing for a place in the top 8 and at the very least jockying for position in the middle 8's whereas we have a CC semi the week after. I think we'll win 2 of the last 3 whilst wigan will win all 3

Think we need to aim to win all three. The moment you start resting a few or treating games as a free hit, then bad habits can set in, injuries occur and mindsets change.
Not saying we can't look to rotate 1 or 2 for some games, but wouldn't want to see 6-7 changes for the Salford game and lose and then miss out on a Top 4, 2 place or League Leaders Shield by two points.

We did it against cas and hudds. Lost one, nearly lost the other

Salford's points deduction has been upheld, so they only have a very slim chance now of a top 8 place.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

If it's right to suspend/fine players, then surely referees should come under review too.
Chris Kendall's failure to go to the big screen for Hudderesfield's third try (the knock on) merits a one game ban or demotion this weekend. Not saying Hill deserved to win last Thursday, but not using the technology when it's on hand and the ball had gone to ground leading up to the try, deserves accountability.
Kendall is officiating the Oldham v Swinton game on Sunday.
