On the game, thought Carlos showed some nice touches. Like the way he takes the line on as well. Puts doubt in the defenders mind. Ellis and Mini are absolutely immense. We've had some good second row partnerships in the past, but these two are becoming my all time favourites!
Bailey is an absolute toilet, very unprofessional, just watched the game again it's easier once I know we've won, we didn't even complete half of our sets, both teams hitting the ball out, which I thought the ref could have gone to the screen & penalised for, maybe it could have stopped half the so called errors, I think Carlos defends very well too, great effort in defence from all our team, we never looked nervous near our line which is a very positive thing especially playing one of the top four, no massive injuries other then sikas calf. 2 points again, with 8 days off till cas away, who are a team capable of an upset & one of the teams we owe!

Best defensive performance all season and possible the last 10 years or so, the fact that a good attacking side like Warrington only scored two try's from when we had the ball and only created one chance all day shows how good we were.
Obviously we were poor with the ball in hand for most and dumb at time, Shaul was a shocking kicking in the first, Fonua offloading and a two of forward passes, but when we held the ball we looked the better side.
Agreed the about Talanoa, start of the season I posted about future recruitment saying we should look to release Talanoa, I was wrong.

20 carries for 179 metres. 60 metres more than anyone else on the pitch (both teams). He's also significantly improved his finishing this year and really looking a top quality winger
First time I went was when Greg Mackey left us to sign for them, our fans was giving him loads as they warmed up, I asked my dad what was he getting ragged for, he said Greg was meant to be going back home & signed for them.

He had a very good defensive game including dislodging the ball in tackles. One on Ormsby led to the Ellis try following the resultant scrum.
The game in general was an errorathon and could have taken a different turn if Clarke had taken his chance with the line wide open. Look forward to the next clash between the 2 sides.

After last night his best stat is no errors, should have let him take 5 drives.
