If we sign a 6, I see the wingers as 2 from Talanoa, Fonua and Naughton (who is cover for Shaul) and Carlos and Griffin first choice centres with Logan, Yeaman and possibly Turgut as back up, all needing to impress to earn the shirt.
Griffin's stats and try return are very good. Looking forward to seeing him in the hoops.
maybe looking at him as a winger who can add some airial threat from kicks as we are lacking that at the moment keeping Fonua at centre. Tuimavave should be first choice left centre for next season. The club seem to have made a 6 priority for next season so no reason to keep Yeaman on for another season with Logan and Turgut waiting in the wings

We should keep Yeamam because he has been great, really tighten up the defence and set up a few try's, his go forward has also been excellent, you will never ever say anything positive about Yeaman though.
I can't see us using Carlos as first choice 6. He was signed as a centre and think it's his best position. Carlos is a decent back up or replacement but he isn't a starting 6. IF Carlos is our starting 6 next year then you're looking at Abdul as only real replacement? Not enough depth. We need a new 6. Happy with Griffin, will be interesting to see how it goes for Logan. Has great skills but not strong enough at minute and it shows in defense. He needs a bit of weight on and a loan out for me. That should have already happened this year though.

As has been said Turgut is a back rower but no-one has mentioned Lancaster who is a winger. Given that one of our wingers is the back up full back I think we need 4 - Talanoa, Naughton, Lancaster, Fonua.
Centres will be Griffin, Logan, Yeaman and Carlos (who will also be back up 6).
I'm pleased with the signing of Griffin. We've wanted a big, strong centre for years. He is also a good goal kicker - at the moment we only have Sneyd.
First there was wisdom Then there was knowledge Now there is only information

Turgut is a backrower.
Keep up Dave Turgut is seen by our coaching staff now as a centre. Sorry i just dont rate Yeaman although as said his form this year has been better. The younger lads like Turgut and Logan will have another body building pre season and should be given a chance rather then keeping Yeaman for another season

very pleased with this signing always a player I look to when putting my first try bet down when Salford are playing, he scores a lot of points for them big strong and plenty of pace just what we needed, with Feka, Price, Yemo, Whiting, Dean, Michaels, all possibly going at the end of this season there should be plenty of room in the cap even to retain Yemo if required which on current form I would do he was suppose to challenge for back row this year anyway now Whiting has gone he maybe needed there next year anyway, I would wait 6 weeks before making our mind up on Carlos as a stand off see how he develops he could be fantastic and just what we need
