If he leaves Wigan I'd expect him to go to the NRL.

I wouldn't touch Bateman with a 10 foot pole. We've spent two long seasons getting rid of disruptive influences at the club and forging a tight-knit 'family'. Why on earth would we want a nasty piece of work like Bateman stinking the place up? And no, I am not referring to the latest rumours. He's a naughty person on the field and always has been.
