Correct. Most enjoyable season for a decade so far. Even if/when it goes tits up, the scale of our unexpected quality up to the end of May has been marvellous and provided some great moments to savour.

Table shaping up a bit with 7 games left. Gap between 4th and 5th, and 8th/9th. Intrigued to see whether Salford get points back or get more taken off when their appeal is heard.

If we beat Widnes next weekend and Warrington beat Saints then we would be eight clear of fifth with just six games remaining before the split. Four homes games in the Super 8s is a big advantage notwithstanding our generally good away form so far.

Certainly looking very likely that Rovers, Huddersfield and Leeds will all drop to the middles eights which is remarkable.

Hudds and Leeds certainly is.

Wigan could be missing a couple of key players for a while if the rumors are to be believed .

Our last four games before the split are against the current bottom four. Looked a tough run in at the start of the season.
