Surprised no one has posted this but it was on the HDM website earlier that former Hull and rovers player Tommy Sutton has passed away. Before my time but I did see his son, Mick play. RIP and sincere condolences to the family

Such a shame, seems a lot of the greats are leaving us recently, rest in peace tommy.

RIP Tommy,played in a Challenge cup final for Hull in the late fifties.

Not quite accurate, he played in the 1960 final due to injuries and wasn't a regular first team player with 17 matches in total since his debut March 1959 scoring two tries.
The club should give a nod to him in the match programme on Saturday at least.

Come on ! Late 50s or 1960 does it honestly really matter. No need to pick bones when a fellow fan is simply paying respect.
