Wanted to get a fair shot at first team rugby, was not going to get that here even with injuries. Time will tell if he's good enough to step up, it's not always about the money but a combination of being able to play and have a longer term contract is obviously an incentive.

Let us know how he gets on.

Has signed for Rovers, was offered a lower contract by Hull, when he last signed his contact (McRae again) it was on silly money for a lad of his age, he is currently on more than Abdul, so hull rightly offered what they think he is worth, Rovers matched his current deal, no brainier, it's certainly a big gamble going to Rovers.
When playing for Doncaster Reece has had a better attitude than all the other young players from Hull only Feka has impressed more .Has he gone already ?
So you can't offer an opinion or a reasonable debate/discussion? Highlights yet again your inferiority complex when you reply with usual back biting childish nonsense. .good for you...lol We had injuries in his position and he didn't get a game..or has he msyteriously played without anyoneexcept you noticing! He got offered a longer contract elsewhere. What aspect isn't accurate?
He probably should have waited, I can tell you 100% that officials from a top NRL club are going to England for the Magic Weekend on a recruiting mission and one of the players they are keen on is Reece Dean.

Gotta wonder why? We've thrown loads of kids in in recent times. Yet dean we don't. Same coaches who see all the young players every day of the week almost keep over looking him. And is now suddenly seen as a full back. Says to me they don't fancy him as a half

Radford doesn't think he is ready and not worth what he wants, Rovers think he is and are willing to pay the money and give him a chance. Think Rovers see him as a FB, which he has no chance at Hull. He could be a Josh Hodgeson or a Luke Briscoe.
I personally think we are keeping (hopefully) the better player in HTW.
