Well it could have been worse, but not much worse.

We certainly have the beating of them, but a bye and a chance to rest a few would have been nice.

Well that is hard to call isn't it? Some other interesting ties, bottom of the table clash with Leeds and Huddersfield (who thought we would be say that a few months back). One that caught my eye was Wakey v Toulouse, think that Toulouse could have a really good go at them. I'm gonna go our game and Halifax v Widnes for the tv games (maybe wakey).

Tough ask but still winnable. Got a real tough set of fixtures coming up now. Wakey (A) Catalans (H) Saints (Cup) Wigan (A) Rovers (Magic) and Saints at home. It would of been nice to have a lower league side to rest up a few players to keep them fresh for the league but we have a good enough and deep enough squad to rotate a few players like we did at Easter and still come away with the wins. Saints have Leeds at home and Cas away before our CC fixture.

Love going to Saints and have lots of good memories going to trips there. Just wish it was a bit further on in the comp, but as the old cliché says, if we going to win it, we have to beat the top teams at some point. If we have to do it playing all SL sides ala 2005, then so be it!
