Sad news. Best of luck Rich been a great servant to Hull FC.

For me he should be in the clubs hall of fame, fantastic player over the years and I dont think i ever saw him let the club down once when playing.

Hope he can come to one of our home matches so we can give him a good send off.

Gutted to see Superman go especially with not being able to give him a proper send off.

Would love the club to have been able to keep him at the club in a coaching role as his knowledge of the game is invaluable and although maybe not in the world class bracket he should rightly go down as an all time great at Hull FC.

Maybe set up an unofficial Rich Whiting appreciation day, pick a Leigh match when FC are not playing and go across I know I'd be up for it.

Great post and great idea. Your opportunity would be Sunday 1st May , We play Batley at home 3pm KO.
You guys play on the Friday 29th April at home to Catalan.

Our next home game after that is the 12th June against Fev and you guys play wire away that day.

The next available one at home is on the 3rd July when we play the Bulls. HTH
