Had Huddersfield won today, there would almost have been a reserve comparison with Leicester who were bottom of PL by 7pts exactly 1 year ago and are top 7pts ahead today.
On April 3rd 2015, Rhinos were 2 pts clear at top of SL table after winning at Cas on Good Friday. Today, we were almost bottom of the table.

Still won't be bottom thanks to Hudds. I know obviously at this point in time it might sound a bit rich given our problems.....but what the hell has gone wrong with them this year? I know they've had some injuries too but unlike us they didn't have the significant loss of two main leaders. Looks like it could be Anderson's last year in the job there.

It will have hurt, just as people have told us at Leeds, they aren't the only ones with injuries.
Just like Leeds' injuries you can understand why they wouldn't have won as many games as they normally would, but just like us they've lost way more than they should despite that.

Not quite the same, considering we had since Easter last year to sort it, rather than the week of the season starting. But certainly an explanation to the question of "what the hell is going on with them".

Can't recall McGuire being injured since last Easter.
