Do you think AP and Radford, would sign someone, who could cause problems and break our team spirit.
If a player as good as Brough is available despite his age we should be looking at signing him, if these young players are good enough they will get a chance and make it, we can't hang around and out all our hopes of some young halfs who might make it, us fans needs some short term success.
The same rumor was going around the J Smith yesterday. If there's any consistency at the disciplinary then Brough won't be playing for anyone for a few weeks. Horrible cannonball that's left Mason Caton Brown on crutches. But Brough carried the Giants yesterday without him they'll struggle
We are well off form with or without him and trouble on camp.We didn't get Brierley for nothing and relieving him off captaincy duties in my mind spelt the end. First rumours I heard were a couple of weeks back going to leeds, but if he was to go rather to you guys but I fear his best days are well behind him. Could tell yesterday his mind was elsewhere, he was okay attacking wise but went awol defensively . If it is to be believed then I wish him all the best as he has been a great servant for our club.

Oh I think we can safely say his best days are behind him. If we had a chance to sign him a couple of years ago it would have been a no brainer, but the more I think about it the more I think we should just steer clear.

19 tackles missed 1- hardly a poor defensive effort for a half back! Brierley is coming to play fullback. Brough was the best player on the pitch yesterday- his mind was fine. Got MOM too. Keep dreaming the same dream FC.

I don't know if any of this is true or not,but you are setting yourself up to look daft if it turns out to be true.As are some hull fans are that are saying its 100% nailed on,in the interest of balance.

Dave Topliss, anyone?
Judging by the comments of the Hudds fans he's still producing the goods even if his mind is elsewhere. And if he wants away and is desperate to sign a contract he wants which is on the table it's hardly surprising his mind is 'elsewhere'.
