I know our Coach is one for a joke but were the windows in our players Coach put in on the way to the game? Sifting through all the after match press stuff I found this quote in the Yorkshire Post from Lee Radford anyone got any insight!
“I only live over there (points over the stand) and to get bottles thrown at the glass and the windows coming in on the bus on the way in – it just adds to it all".
If you look on the Fc KR banter page on Facebook they all think it happened even got some Rovers fans apologising!!

He said it in sky interview to, pretty sure he was joking

Don't think so. Been a few instances of fan coaches leaving both hull clubs over the years but never heard of a player coach, especially FCS, and I'm sure the press would have been all over it if it had.
Well to answer my own question yes it did! However according to some who knew people actually on the coach it was beer glasses, I would expect they were plastic ones.

The windows won't have 'come in' from plastic glasses, I agree shouldn't be in the sport. As I said if the players were covered in glass then I'm surprised the press aren't all over this.

Watched the interview on sky and I understood it as meaning that there were glasses (plastic?) thrown at the windows as the bus was coming in, not the windows coming in.
I thought it was naïve of Radford to bring it up to be honest.

Could've been worse, he could've been moaning about the easter schedule despite knowing about it for nearly 10 years!
