Now the dust has settled/settling we all need to be objective. By ALL i mean the entire club; chairman to staff to players to fans.
The result today, whilst excellent was not deserved. The first 60 minutes was to similar to Widnes and our attack was all to similar to the previous 3 seasons. As an avid fan of over 30 years, I'm a little frustrated at continuously saying our club is in 'transition.' I do not want to come across as pessimistic (overly), but where is our season going? The next 4 games are; Warrington, St Helens, Leeds & Huddersfield. On that performance i struggle to see us gaining more than 2 points, at most.
But who is to blame? It has to be Radford. This is his team, his philosophy, his coaching, his personnel. Radford has a win percentage of 40%!!!! Gentle - 56% Agar - 48%
So why in Gods name are we sticking with Radford?
Another issue i have is our recruitment. I do not want to come over as a smart ass but before he signed i watched a lot of Pritchard i said he was average at best, or at least not worth such a hefty salary. In fact, i believe he has regressed since his Bulldog days and his waistline has significantly increased. But this is the management's fault, and not the first time they have allotted such a salary cap proportion on players without necessarily improving results, i could name, Berrigan, Westerman, Holdsworth, Long. Whilst these are very good players, they didn't improve results. So what is the issue!!!!!

How is it not deserved. We scored more points than them and surely that's the aim. The performance wasn't brilliant but we came out with the 2 points and we're now 4th in the table.

Before the season has started you said Pritchard was average at best? Then you have never seen Pritchard play in the NRL before. He was arguably the form back rower in Australia last season. To say he was average with Canterbury and Penrith is an insult to him. However, he has been average upto now with Hull.

Absolutely correct. Why didn't we deserve to win? after 60 minutes we certainly didn't but the game doesn't last 60 minutes.

I agree he hasn't had the impact I expected but to say he was average in the NRL is ridiculous.

Watched the majority of the NRL games over the last 2 years with the help of Premier Sports. So that claim i have 'never watched' Pritchard play is erroneous. Next....

Maybe i expect more then. Maybe other fans should expect more too! Next...

Well perhaps we should play for 80 minutes and not for the final 20. Or was there another reason why we won, was it our superior skill, our incredible attacking prowess or was it that KR were so poor defensively and so incredibly unfit that we pounced.
Lets see what happens when we play the 'better' teams, Warrington will be interesting....
