This would be backline for next week, he hasn't got the guts to do this though, players who impress in the reserves should be given the chance over underperforming players, I'd imagine any footballer who scored 5 goals in the reserves who get a call up to the first team.

No. It's an RL fan who got sick to death of you mentioning the soccer during an RL game. And chuntering on about inconsequential nonsense rather than describing the action on the pitch.

It's the story of the last 2 years and still no real improvement despite the investment in the squad. Whatever the players' meeting aired out it was not clearly evident as a better team would have ripped us a new one. Other than the 2 points I took no positives from last night and would have preferred to have played a better quality of oppisition as a real test of our mindset. Do you think quality international players are not impressed or over awed at being coached by an amateur coaching team or a coaching team which is insular and lacking experience?

If fit Fonua would be in, maybe on the wing for Naughton. Logan needs a rest and Talanoa, is better than Yeaman.
Thought like most Manu was great the first few games, but last two has disappointed, but unlucky against Widnes, not to score twice, which would have won us the game.
Radford needs to learn how to use his forwards, as it seems every week he picks one backrower to play 70 minutes, last week it was Frank, this week Mini, with our forwards, there is no need to do that.

Good point about the opposition,my mate said exactly the same thing.Looks to me as though the players have no confidence in the coaching set up now and if the rumours are true about Radford offering to sort out differences in his bars then no wonder.

Tala and Fonua would be both wingers. My god I'd have Tala back. Stood out like a sore thumb him not being there last night. Both wingers were very ineffective/poor Talanoa is usually in nearly every game he plays one of our top metre makers, carrier, tackle busters, clean breakers fastest play of the ball and penalty winners. Would that be a welcome addition of attributes to the team. Err yes. Just a lot!!! Manu was pretty much in my top 2 or 3 players in the first 3 games. Dropped off a bit since mind but then who hasn't.

Just a pity Tala is another Lineham in defence.

Totally agree about the forwards, why we don't use Frank as a decoy is beyond me.Was interesting to see Ellis come back on with his thigh strapped,if there was a problem why bring him back on as we was never in danger
