Have to say that our half backs are simply not consistent enough. Largely annonymous tonight.
It's not a knee jerk reaction but I just don't think they are good enough. Pryce is way passed his best and seems to go missing. Sneyd is capable of good things but at times his decision making is like his defence terrible. Both of them need to take the line on more to keep the opposition guessing. Really fecked off by that. Wigan were poor but know how to win close games. I, like probably most of the fans knew that even when we took the lead late on we would panic and lose.

i'm not even sure tautai was placed on report, i think he was just warned with penalty sufficient. i've always been against lifting in the tackle, its dangerous. we have already had a serious case in the NRL, and its only a matter of time before a player over here suffers a serious injury. time to start red carding such offences

Thaler bottled it. Sin binning should have been the minimum

He wasn't put on report. Thaler sychophantic to the 'big' team tonight without the Sky cameras watching. Our crap motivation cost us the game, but Thaler was an added hurdle, imo.
Tautai banned for bottom side Leeds? They'll still look at it despite not being on report. Does Leeds being bottom trump Wigan being darling?

Really dumb play again at times, particularly with penalties and the offload at the end. Players won't learn until they are dropped, and you have to start with Watts.
Radford got his subs wrong again, no way should he have taken off Taylor with 8 mins to go, Mini played the 80 and at one point we had Manu, Ellis, Taylor and Watts on the bench, that should never happen.
Must win game next week in many ways.
Sums it up well. Much more disappointing than last week. wigan were way understrength and had to do very little to beat us. Most worrying part is that we've gone away from what we were doing well in the first 2 games. it seems to me that if teams don't roll over and let us dominate then we are incapable of doing anything about it. Little or no support play, one man rugby, poor distribution from acting half, no dummy runners, no set plays, half backs who don;t run with the ball, clueless in the oppo 20 and shocking goal line defence. It's like 2014 and 2015 all over again. We've thrown away 4 points in the last week.
You can blame watts for his brainfart offload or sneyd for kicking the ball into his own player but the game was lost in that first half when we couldn't turn overwhelming field position into points.
Needs sorting and quickly or we could find ourselves in the mddle 8's

Agree with both of you.
