FFS he played upwards of 60 mins in nearly every game for the Bulldogs last year & was generally their best player, always running onto the ball at pace.

Really disappointed with last Thursdays showing & hope it was a blip, everybody has off days - just hope that was his.

He's looked pretty knackered in the games so far this season

What don't u get? He played 25 times last year. That also includes byes so has weeks off. Hypothetically speaking - if we were to be relatively successful this year and he stays fit and available for selection. Say reach the cup final and play in 2 playoff games. That would be 36 games. Over a season that lasts nearly 2 months longer. Thus has a shorter off season as well=less rest for the body. Also they don't do stupid shizzle like easter where we'll play 3 games in 9 days, and in this hypothetical season he'd have 0 weeks off till October. So its very sensible/prudent to keep your big impact men as fresh and impact producing as effective as poss without slogging them till at the business end of the season where they're held together with tape and needled up each game

I thought we used Frank poorly against Cas tbh. Really need his influence inside the oppo 20, not carting the ball in like a prop out of his own half.

Agreed, in fact so far he has been our least effective new signing, which can only be a good thing, as I'm sure he will get better as the season goes on and the weather gets better.

He ran a great line in the 2nd Half about 5 metres out, but Sneyd gave it out the back to Shaul who got barged into touch - the ball to Frank was the one to make and he would have steamed over.

Yep remember that, he was pretty annoyed/frustrated that he didn't get the ball, think that frustration led to the bitch slap eventually. To often they went around the back of him.

Inconsistent reffing but good reffing. The slap/punch incident in the WCC occurred against a backdrop of escalating niggle, the Pritchard one was a surprising flashpoint in a fairly-contested game. While I understand the clamour for consistency I'd rather see common sense applied if it prevents games being ruined over a point of principle.
