When the attacking side kicks, aren't players who are offside supposed to keep 10m away from the defending player catching the ball? Or has this rule being kicked into touch as well?
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

The tackling overall was awful and trying to score on every set (or so it seemed) was ridiculous, build some pressure and work from there. If it wasn''t for some very strong individual performances (Houghton & Shaul spring to mind) we'd have lost by a lot more. We lost focus (far too often) which is what i feared and indeed Cas punished us, the players need to move on from the fact they played poorly and lost a golden chance to maintain the 100% record but Radford just has to nail down the mental aspect and drill it into the players that we have to be tight against good teams and be patient. It's clear we have the talent but execution in defence & attack was very poor.
I'm very dissapointed with the result and some very dubious officiating at times but it was worth the 300+ mile round trip as the game overal was good. Onwards and upwards
300 miles, great effort.
The thing is, if we can get a result against Wigan, we can almost forget about this one. Almost. Hopefully it'll be a learning curve.

Shocked your halves are not getting hammered in here. When your forwards got some momentum, Sneyd seemed anonymous and although Pryce did try, he was pretty poor in his decision making. If the transition between forwards and backs had been more varied and sharper I think you would have won.

Not sure pace on the wings played much of a part at all if any (maybe Hitchcox's second when a quicker man than Talanoa might have made a tackle). However I do think I prefer Naughton on the wing to Michaels.
Michaels putting the foot on the line was some of the worst wing finishing u see in the modern game. How is he not diving in? Dumbfounding

Was it Shaul that gave the pass, I thought he was going to go low and slide in, the pass was tossed to him with no room to move I'm not entirely sure it was a gimme either way, to chastise someone for not pulling off miraculous finishing is a bit harsh. we lost as a team, pointing fingers at someone who was far far from our worst player isn't helpful.

It's a basic dive finish. Solomona had shown him twice although 1 chalked off. I'm comfortable in saying all the other 4 of our wingers would of finished it. Planting your feet (on the sideline) and placing the ball with little room when u can simply dive and in these times not even worry about the corner post. Should be finished every single time. 10 out of 10 times
