What is all this about?? here we are watching the best Rugby played for years with our best squad for years and regardless what poeple think put together by a coach who has created the best culture we have had for years and here we are saying what should happen if we fail to get in top 4.What I see is so called fans who just cannot except what is happening because they said it would not under Radford . Yes without doubt we have the look of a side who should be top 4 but there are many sides out there who are more than capable of stopping us. To say radford should be sacked if we dont is a absolute joke coming fron those who just want to see him fail ,FANS i dont think so.I think its about time some one created a "so called fans forum".To even talk about all the negatives at this moment in time is a disgrace .It seems that certain people want to see us fail and its really pathetic

Or the mods do us all a favour and ban the troll. Well said though. In Bumpys world we're not in a salary cap sport and ye only possible variable is Radford. Amazing reading such comments after the last two games.

I think Radfords legacy will be the change of culture around the club. I suspect that was his brief when he took over. I was doubtful he would be the coach when it bore fruit, but I've always wanted to be proved wrong. Hopefully he'll continue to prove me wrong, and he'll bring success to the club and himself.

Top post. For me we are watching the best squad we've had since around 2005, we've had a massive turn round of staff got rid of some real issues and average players on big wages, the tempo and verve of our play is a revelation, the culture is good again everyone wants to win again and the spirit in the team is tremendous. Like it or not much of that must be down to our coach. That could all change quickly, of course it could, so perhaps on here for now we should take a leaf out of the squads book and enjoy the ride rather than setting ridiculous performance indicators for the end of the season. Just blooming enjoy it and channel your energies into getting more fans down to the Cas game.
