Not a station I regularly listen to, mainly due to having restricted data usage on my phone, but its more good news prior to the first game of the season. Be interesting to hear more of Adrian Durham's views on Hull this year, as I believe he's a fan from his uni days? Looking forward to a big year for rugby league.

I listen to the station a fair bit, and Durham does mention Hull quite a bit. There's a recording they run now and again as a 'presenters profile' where he mentions Paul Cookes try at Cardiff as one of his greatest sporting moments.
Good news for the game, they go all out on the sports they cover.

Durham went to the Derby friendly and said he was 'buzzing' after it. He came to Uni in Hull and he just happened to stumble across Rugby League Raw on TV when that was on - he became hooked, and being in Hull he started to watch FC.
He is very vocal about his love of Rugby League (Darren Gough his co-presenter is also positive about the game and watches Leeds a bit) and even launched a scathing attack on English RU for their treatment of Sam Burgess - and started a sarcastic #hashtag of Blame Burgess for everthing that goes wrong....in any sport!

call me old school but wouldn't a radio work better?
the RL is going to be launched on talksport after the world club challenge and is going to be mainly on the new talksport2 station, which will be like radio 5 live sports xtra - on digital and online. they are doing commentary on all the thursday games. not sure about the other nights or sundays. at this stage it is not clear how many games will be on the main talksport station.
adrian durham is pretty good on league, often features FC, and has plenty of digs at our friends across the river.

Haha, its only on DAB isn't it? Unfortunately my car still has a tape deck, never mind a DAB radio!
