Up there with crying on Facebook that they've only just started a 5 Year Plan. Glossing over the last one that was "Building for the Future" in 2012 about creating an homegrown pipeline of talent. Went well. Or start a scrap on Twitter with Garry Schofield. They're all class.

Really? Even if 25% of those decide they're entertained enough to go watch ONE more game, and pay £18 per ticket (some will be more, some less), then that's £27,000 made that they wouldn't have had. That in itself will almost pay to keep the south stand open for the YEAR. Thanks for your concern, though.

It also put fans off buying passes in the future. A friend of mine challenge Pearson at the fans forum about the £10 tickets that can be purchased every week through various outlets for a FC game. He played it down claiming to know nothing about it. It won't be long before the next one off only sub £10 game is advertised.

Certainly won't put me off. There are plenty of other rewards for being a season ticket holder than just getting the games cheaper. When we get to Wembley and Old Trafford I'll be able to pick my seat, rather than having to sit with the riff raff On a serious note, by the time the Salford games rolls around, I will have saved in total £16.62 since picking up my pass in January on various club hull offers and ticket prices. Not too bad when a student pass cost me £150 on a 12 month direct debit.
I listened to that forum. Was it the ones that were given to local clubs? If they are then selling them on rather than giving them to players, Im not sure there's a lot that can be done?

More fans would be great. Even you can work that out. But it looks like we might get some decent entertainment this year and maybe even an upturn from last year's poor home form. That will certainly mean a few more through the gate. The unfortunate closure of the North stand may even have an unexpected positive effect on the atmosphere, as will a little bit of star quality in the ranks.
I understand that trolling on here might help you forget about the 50s and 60s your team keeps conceding. But you need to run along now and get an adult to help you crayon on your Big Listen survey form.

Most teams do promotions in the 1st weeks. Pretty sure I've seen wigan doing a bring a friend for a 5er. Can't believe we're getting grief on this from a Robin. The only team in the league who's actual opening game for which everyone should be bouncing with anticipation for is now seemingly more about a popular singer from a band in the late80s/early 90s that is coming for a sing song with the fans! Game is secondary now it seems
