Why is it that every time someone has the gall to criticise Wigan, it's because they're jealous of the club's success 30 years ago.
There really is something in the water in that town.

You're making yourself look silly here. McDermott rarely blames the officials or anyone else for Leeds losses. Your example from 2 years ago doesn't really stack up, Leeds won that game. Some might assume you'd simply typed something along the lines of "Brian McDermott criticises ref" into Google and simply used the first, and only, article that appears. But then that would be a bit silly.

There's something more then Wane making the odd comment that causes you to spend most of your time on here and our board posting about Wigan.
You cry more then Gary Schofield and I can't help feel it stems from the same period. It's all rather flattering considering we didn't win anything in the last two years.
Still being in the shadow of the worlds most famous rugby league club hurts bad

Most of my time? Stop making stuff up. I can't remember the last time I visited the Wigan board and I've made 2 posts on this thread.
Like I say, when anyone criticises them it's always because Wigan won some trophies 25-30 years ago that's made fans bitter and nothing to do with the scumbag tactics, gob***** coach and fans like you...
I've just watched my team pretty much dominate this game for the last decade or so, culminating in winning every trophy on offer last season - i've got nothing to be jealous of.

This one always gets tossed around. I'm sure I investigated this last season, only to find, unsurprisingly) that Wigan were no 'dirtier' (in terms of pens conceded, no of cards, however you want to slice it) than any other SL side.
If you have evidence that says different, please, put up or shut up!

Awesome. Two players that don't play for us anymore. One whose personal issues have nothing to do with the Leeds club or his time at the Leeds club, and the current Man Of Steel. 0/10 for effort.
