Seeing we have Smith on trial and he played FB yesterday and not Naughton and we can get him under the cap and sign him,is he going to start in place of Shaul????
It has been hinted on here that Shaul has a massive attitude problem and Radford has left him out before because of "this".If he was that bad last season then why did we release Rankin, who IMO is better than Shaul, as surely he isn't going to improve his ego and "looks" as though he has started again, maybe wrong but something going on.I noticed in 1 match in the super 8s last year that Shaul spat his dummy with Abdull over a stray pass then spent the next 5 mins gobbling it off and the minute play stopped he was right over to Abdull giving him a mouthful.
Has anyone else got any views on this as something just doesn't feel right.

Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

I think there is a clash of personalities with him and Radford, however I rate Shaul highly (he's a match winner/game changer).

Didn't Pearson mention we had space to fit someone like Carney on the team? if we do then bringing smith would be fine IMO, wouldn't take up much room and would be decent backup for Shaul, i'd rather see Naughton & Lancaster on the wings instead of full-back.
I put on here a couple of weeks ago that Shaul won't play again under Radford. As to OP says he has a massive attitude problem and Radford has had enough and openly looking for a new starter at full back.
He's a decent player but wouldn't say he's a game changer, hopefully something will get sorted ASAP.

He changed the Saints away game last year.
I think he's a huge talent but if he disrupts team harmony then it's off to Salford with him.
