Will drive to KC, rather waste money on petrol than be extorted by SMC, really really unsatisfactory all ends up.
Council really need to resume control of SMC & ensure run for the benefit of community & both clubs.
Phil Webster was on here shouting the odds about the SMC and the council's "over our dead body" action plan on Airco. Heard nothing for weeks though. I think we can safely assume they can't/won't/don't want to get involved.

The ticket machines don't take cash so make sure you have a card. If you are too young to have a card, tough. Caused a lot of issues I am told at City. On the plus side, it is easy to buy student, / under 22 tickets and fleece your club. Prime example of some no -mark providing a cost saving figure to the SMC with absolutely no idea how the whole process works.

If a concessions ticket/pass is scanned through at the turnstiles it triggers a red light that a steward can see at the other side of the turnstile so if you don't look 60+ etc you can be challenged. Happened to me last season and the steward wanted me to surrender my pass.
