There's the Sir Michael Balcon, the Mall not too far from Ealing Broadway station. Nearest pub I saw as I walked back from Trailfinders to the Broadway is the Duke of Kent. Fuller's pub I think, looked OK

It is a pain with Castle Bar Park closed on Sundays, and the facilities are not ideal, but it's not Outer-Mongolia and from their RFU site it's clear it's a work in progress, so it will improve.

Work in progress? If we have ANY aspirations of returning to the top flight from here it's going to have to be- and progress is going to have to be rapid! Turnstiles and a temporary stand ASAP would be a start!
