Powell and Gus weren't competent to do there jobs, i'm not sure that's a wage stealer, more a poor recruitment policy

Okay, maybe I'm being harsh on Powell who probably at least worked hard if not smart.

But everyone knows Gus is a lazy bugger except where curry is concerned.

The hardest worker isn't always the most successfully employee. Gus was incompetent to perform the role whether he worked 10 or 100 hours per week. A shocking appointment as was Powell.

True but you'd have to put some effort in to be that poor in your role.
