If they were smart you could order unseen, so delivered by Christmas day or even arriving on the 22nd straight after the launch. Sorry that takes planning.
Life is pretty simple: You do stuff. Most fails. Some works. You do more of what works.

If that happened I would bet a pound to a penny someone would moan that they are expecting people to buy something without seeing it. People asked for shirts before xmas, getting shirts before xmas
Tell you what the club could do, they could have an open day, use that as an opportunity to introduce the 2016 squad and make a bit of an event of it with launch of the new shirt. Make that shirt available at the open day as first purchase opportunity for those that attend. People complain when the new kit is not available for Xmas, now they are making it available oops still complaining maybe we should go American and insist it's available for thanksgiving

Mickey even you can see that rolling a top out on a Monday in Ealing the week before Xmas is a missed opportunity. Yes they have as you quite rightly said, issued a new top before Xmas, but not making it available to be bought online in time for delivery by Xmas, I think even someone as blinkered as you will agree isn't great marketing!
It's not blinkered it's just the confusion as to why the whole it has to be out before Xmas got anything to do with it, they way I look at it, those of us that are going to buy the shirt will buy it, I doubt very much having it available for folk to buy at Xmas would make a jot of difference to the numbers sold. Besides think how boring it would be knowing every year one of yr pressies is a broncos shirt. Just think this way it means folk will have to make more of an effort with what they buy you, and if you wait till you actually see it rather than buying on line at least you can try it on first. Why can't anyone see the positive in things we wanted shirt before Xmas we have it.

You could read into that statement in many ways. A shirt will be revealed as you have quite rightly pointed out, but not available to most in time for Xmas.
Out of curiosity why would a club target Xmas to release a top if there was no commercial benefit in doing so?
It's an oxymoron. To say it's available before xmas(I.e. It's a present possibility), then release it so late you cannot get before Xmas is just.........

Brian, Why? As Mickey has told us, Xmas offers no benefits in playing top sales Thats why Im trying to establish why they targeted Xmas as a release date

There are a few negatives I could add but as this is a positive thread, I will leave the "codswalloop" to others.....
It's hard to gauge exactly where we are as a team on the pitch, because we've all seen videos of tough training sessions and the bonding sessions before only to be totally let down once the season starts I agree that we should be better prepared than last year, purely because we know what's coming, but I still have my doubts about a coach who got most of his wins last year when he was playing and whose side looked rudderless when he wasn't. Off the pitch, the shambles continues.
After boldly announcing that the shirts would be out by Xmas, they've literally left it to the last minute with the only way to get your hands on one being to turn up on the open day in Ealing on Monday December 21st......we announced the Kappa deal on September 10th....so 14 weeks to take delivery of replica kit?
Plenty more "codswallop" but enough for now...
From another site and under another name. Gutters offerings!
