Had a chat with big Feka earlier this week, about his love of the Hull supporters and a certainly intriguing crop of youngsters. We know we has a desire to play beyond 2016, and Pearson has stated he wants him at the club long term, whether that be as part of the playing roster or community staff. What are your thoughts? Feka is gonna end up 1 of hull fc favourite overseas lads ever. It's brilliant to see how much he's in the community. Visiting sick fans in hospital. Helping new lads settle in. All whilst he actually lives/has his home in Lancashire still I believe? On a playing front he could be a real niche asset for us. Watts Ellis Taylor have particularly big mins in them so having the luxury of a pure impact player is a bonus. He did it a few times last yr when we were a little flat he came on a really lifted the tempo. I hope he has a blinder of a year and earns another. If not hope we retain him in some off field capacity
He'll be very cheap as well as the club will more than likely be under paying him as a player but subsidising that with the salary for his off field role. I'll stand corrected if you can't get away with that but i remember years ago certain players wifes on the staff to lower the players wage on the cap. When we arrived at cats this year the hull team had just landed same time and was in que next to us.Feka made a effort to give us nod and grin. Only little thing but made your support feel appreciated. To be fair he wad stood with mickey p and tala and they did olso. The south sea island boyes just seem to get it were the fans are concerned. Hope this continues with the new lads

I've got a feeling that if a player is registered, then all of his salary earnings are counted on the salary cap, regardless of whether they are on- or off-field.
