This game is a very important milestone for the club. It's the first friendly I can recall we have played at home It's a double header with Ealing RU It is of course our first ever game at the new ground. So it's going to be a very important occasion and the club have ambitious plans to attract local people as well naturally as wanting the union fans to stick around after their game. We are going to make it as warm, friendly and welcoming for them as possible. Should be quite an occasion.
Gonna miss it am at the rfl conference in Bradford. Be good if they can make it entertaining, the ealing fans I have spoken too seem quite enthusiastic about the whole thing, and yes only a friendly and first run out out but a good result would be nice

I absolutely agree with you that this is an important, historic, fixture for us. That's why I'm sure Supporters Association members will be all out to make it a real success, and why we're trying to support the whole day as best we can.
I think it is good that the LBSA are sponsoring this game. In addition to sponsoring to the Academy team. This is raising the profile of the LBSA and I would urge all Broncos fans who are not yet members to join. It is free.

The LBSA is certainly not a clique - it has more members than the Broncos have Season Ticket holders! Its a genuine supporter organisation looking to make watching the Broncos a better experience, and committed to turning the Broncos in to a Club not a Team. We can do whatever we feel we want to or are good at through the 6fortheBroncos initiative http://www.lbsa.org.uk/6-for-the-broncos/. And the great thing about it is that members (including many who post regularly on here) are delivering.
