I'm not condoning Pistorious's actions killing Reeva Steenkamp here but i can't help but feel he's being tried twice here. There maybe a simple explanation for the overturned decision but surely someone's really ballsed up here. We hear of miscarriages of justice quite frequently over here but it can take an age for the justice to come to the fore especially when its the convicted innocent party who's claiming or appealing the possibility of an overturned decision.
