Can't believe folk on here rave about lee smith, he's as slow as a crab quarantee he'll do nowt at Hull fc, steady away but no where good enough for super league , was rubbish first time he was here, even worst second time since his days at Leeds union and league only hero worshippers here have kept in the limelight unbelievable

Pretty much nail on the head with both points IMO.
Smith was hardly in the same league as Gareth Ellis or Danny Brough and for us, just another steady player, one of the 8 or 10 players that come through the revolving door every season.
There are some here that seem to regard him as the new messiah, must be something to do with Christmas being round the corner ?
