Wakie fans, he is currently training at Hull FC who are considering offering him a contract. I've not seem much of him recently do you rate him? and what is his best position? Cheers.

Decent player who will always score points, decent goal kicker, probably best as a full back. Questionable attitude off the field. On the field always seemed to pull his weight.
Always liked Smith and don't think he let the club down on the pitch. Centre must be his best position and not sure how that would fit with Hull. Something may have gone sour with his stay at Wake and he disappeared.

If we had signed him i dont think he would make the first choice team, so i doubt he will at Hull either.
As for his best position i dont think he particularly has one, his main attribute is in his utility value and can drop into any 1-6 position and do a decent job there.

Did a decent job for us at fullback and goalkicker. Sorry to lose him last season. Probably not quite good enough for any club with top 8 aspirations so should fit in well at Hull.
This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Lee Smith would walk into our starting 13. He'd be the best centre at the club by a country mile.
Asked not to be selected for the million pound game against Bradford, and then refused a contract at Wakefield, twice now he's deserted us for supposedly better deals, I personally could not give a stuff where he's gone, he's moved on and as somebody has already said so should we.
