Do we have quota space for anymore overseas signings? Idris coukd be great but I can't help but feel a little ambivalent about signing players like him or Chase/Ferres

If Idris carrys on his pre season training at this rate you'd need a full season to get him match fit.
There's no chance Farah will leave the NRL this season. Probably sign for a lancs side for 2018.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.
Didn't Idris leave Gold Coast because he was home sick and to be closer to his mum? Flying half way round the world, you could end up with a player thats home sick and away from his mum (unless she comes with him) and who's head would'nt totally be with it.

I don't know what the cap rules are for the championship, but....

I can already hear minds ticking with the thoughts of, ‘Go get Rangi Chase’.”

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
This is all a moot point because as I predicted the day after Westerman left, we've had our 'we'll go with what we've got' article and any monies left will be minimal and only worthwhile if we can pick someone up mid-season.
But....
I'd stay away from Farah. Undoubted quality, but he's a bit of an idiot. Anyone who goes round saying he's better than Cam Smith is daft. Doesn't seem the 'type' to settle well over here.
Idris is another who wouldn't settle I reckon, but he may be good friends with Pritchard? Either way he (like Farah) would probably command more cap than we have spare.
As for the others in the article Wilf put up, I reckon I'd maybe take Tonga, but not if it came at the price of Logan's starting place. We don't particularly need Locke and is it worth potentially losing Shaul for someone who has hardly ripped it up over here! However, if he could be gotten on the cheap I reckon he may be worth a look at as bench hooker? Ferres? Do we need another 2nd rower? Who would he replace? He'll command big money and will probably end up at Salford. Pomeroy's gash, but I wouldn't rule it out given Radford's praise for him earlier in the year.
Not sure what the journo is playing at, but yesterday he releases an article called '5 players hull should target' and today an article called 'hull don't need to sign anyone'. Slightly bizarre!
