Rochdale players can play for our reserves, which will help with their development. The players will hopefully improve helping Rochdale's 1st team, and even help players push for SL or Championship level.
With player welfare I'm sure Rochdale players will receive help, including with education and training opportunities.
Roger Draper has also mentioned helping Rochdale with commercial, marketing, foundation and stadium management.
