Tricky one and depends on the extent of resistance I guess.
No offer for Welham. Interesting discussion on hooking options also. Brought up Jez Litten's potential several times, clearly thinks highly of him.

If the players object to signing Carney due to his extra-curricular activities, I sincerely hope they are all always going to be whiter than white about such matters themselves.
First there was wisdom Then there was knowledge Now there is only information

I presume that credit rating has shot back up then as that was the barista barometer of our financial state last week

Other points of interest:
All SL attendances declared for all clubs are based on tickets sold. Some positive conversations with SMC which has a new CEO looking to increase gates for the benefit of both parties. Sounds like an improving dialogue.
Re positive "spin" accusations: we want to be 3 wins better than last year and pushing towards top 4. If that's "overhyped" we might as well give up.
Not interested in Chase, halves are sorted with Sneyd, Pryce and Abdull and will pick on form. Abdull certainly in mix for a starting spot if he has a strong pre season.
Westerman was apparently being touted around for 2017 and beyond. We didn't want to commit to a deal with him only being available for 15 rounds this year and being inconsistent so when we got the fee to £150k it made sense for all involved.
Talanoa won't be playing centre - seen as a winger (this in answer to a specific question).
Radford said we must improve next season, if we don't some (including him) won't deserve to be at the club.
Clinical execution near the line is our single biggest weakness and will be the main focus in pre season.
Hoping the new recruits will have the same impact on and off field as Mini.

You have to take into account lots of factors. Filed accounts and credit ratings are independent evidence, both are unappealing and with going concern qualifications and significant risk rating suggest, er, risk. Layer on concerns on pass renewals, lost sponsorship and selling two major players, only an idiot would be unconcerned. Fortunately supporters appear to be renewing in positive territory and piling into the shirts. Happy days.

The Carney issue is obviously sensitive but if the coach and owner want him the players should be professional and accept it. Whatever has gone on it can't be any worse than signing a player who was convicted of assaulting his estranged wife at the same time the club launched a domestic violence awareness campaign.
Radford said Litten will play for the first team in the future. Has anyone seen him play?

it would certainly put some bums on seats. If it happens who will they have to release?
