I honestly believe that both our halves were playing whilst injured. Nothing unusual about that, as players from all clubs would have been suffering from injury at that stage of the season, but it couldn't have helped our cause when the going got tough. Playing through injury seems easier when you are on a winning streak, but when things start going wrong, it seems to be a different matter!

As for not getting 'bashed about', that happens in all games, irrespective of the opposition. Ask the players what it's like, playing against Dewsbury for example!

The thing for me there is yes,we played six games in three weeks,not Ideal regardless of opposition. But the scores don't suggest "worn out" players or players carrying bad injuries leading into the Hull KR game.When did the injuries occur? Over the season? In that first game against Hull KR. I doubt anybody knows only the players themselves.

Not true, we didn't see enough of him to make that assessment. There were numerous opportunities to give him game time and at the same time rest the usual suspects. What I saw of him on his odd appearances told me had potential, only opinion of course.

That's the beauty about it reedy everyone has their own opinion!!! Let's get one thing clear I think we are all proud of the effort the lads give last year!!!

Might be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 here but from things that have been said and rumours going about I would say Rangi has signed his contract but the RFL have refused to register it because it takes Leigh over the salary cap by some distance, the choices would be either break Rangi's contract which would be costly and they probably do not want to do that, release a load of players on smaller contracts which again you do need some strength in depth, or lastly release a player on a big contract which could be the reason Ridyard's name is been passed about clubs and would make the most sense as Rowley might see him as a direct swap for Rangi.

Im probably way off the mark as usual though.

Isnt Ridyard a homegrown player for Leigh?

At least 3 leavers have been announced already and I have to ask...which Bailey and if you say Ryan I would suggest Rowley and Beaumont require psychiatric help.
