Ridy is an organizer, without him we never seem to have as much of a game plan. He does a different job to Ryan & Rangi who are try scoreres, he does a very differnt job to Barlow, Hock and Hopkins at 13 (& said on GMR he doesn't want to play there) and he certainaly does a different job to Worthington, Armstrong, Platt & Pala.

Neither Chase nor Brierley are particularly 'play makers'. (I reckon Ryan is still very much learning that craft) I would have thought Ridyard would be the first name on the team sheet, of those three half backs.
Perhaps rotating the three of them would be the answer? That way, they could all be relatively fresh, for the 'business end' of the season - providing we finish in the top four, that is!
