Another top effort from our youngsters tonight. Too many errors in the second half, top 4 reffing at its best for their try to get them back in front, how all the officials missed that was unreal
Result definitely flattered hudds who do look ordinary at times but that is their style and it works for them

Disappointed in or halfs tonight (Pryce probably shouldn't have played), ball retention and daft penalties.
Shame we're losing Rankin too, my mom for us.
Agree with this. Couple of ridiculous forward passes too. I was expecting a hammering looking at the respective teamsheets and as already said some great experience for what will hopefully be the nucleus of the team in a few years.

To be fair, as I understand Rankin talked himself out of a contract (release clause?) and wanted to go home anyway? As for getting rid of Shaul, I think that's short sighted. Yes he's a bit raw, but he's very young and IMO will become a star.

good run out for our youngsters, in the game for most parts, hopefully finish with a win against cats, Imo the top 8 playoffs need a tinkle with as to many dead matches

I think a slight tweak to make it a playoffs a top6 instead of top4 could help keep the interest, while still making it hard for the 5th/6th teams to get to the final, though we would have still been out of the running a few weeks back.
We've got to beat Catalan next week, they've won one away game at Wakefield all year, half their team is leaving and you can't imagine they'll be all that bothered. So anything less than 2 points would be a weak display from us.

Start the super 8s with The team finishing top of the regular season on 6pts , 2nd on 4pts and 3rd start on 2 points the other 5 teams starting on zero . That would be my idea on how to do it but tbf if I were a Wigan or Leeds fan I'd want it to stay as it is

Keep it as it is, we will be in the top 4 next season anyway according to AP

Not fair to change it. It's up to us to win more games in the first part.
Rankin was great, maybe his best game for us, but their has been plenty of average ones. Still annoyed by kick on the first tackle when we had their 12 men on the rack at 4-0.
