Overall, I definitely agree. A couple of obvious gaps, but recruitment has been much improved under Motu Tony and Radford.

I bet Howes is feeling the famine after the feast he had under Bomber and Uncle Peter.

Without a doubt.

I expect the squad for 2016 will be very similar to the one for 2017 so lets hope this squad really does the business next year

Last 10 minutes of this Wakey and Leigh game may interest a few as Washbrook is playing as hooker.
Tim Smith off (injured I presume) so Godinet is into the halves and Washy covering at 9. So far with passing half the speed of Houghton.

EDIT: Just realised it's Sio who's in the sin bin so he will be hooker when he is back on, Washy revert to usual second row.

Think he only did about 5 minutes at 9 until Sio came back from a sin bin. Smith went off injured about half way through the bin
Overall through the game though he was very solid. Did nothing spectacular but it's not very often he does. Tackles well and runs strong. I'm pretty happy with him as a signing to be honest.

Squad for 2016 on paper looks very good - on paper.

Would have liked to see a number 6 and specialist centre come in also but with Pryce still under contract I suppose he is seen as the first choice.

Got a feeling that 1 big name will leave this off season leaving a bit of room for manoeuvre.

Great seeing the young kids getting an opportunity in the Super 8's and even better to see that they are handling this level pretty well!

If you are not part of the solution then you are more likely part of the problem...
