Sitting in South, I see all the contact training and I assure you, he's always there. A relative of mine is also on the field at that time - he's laughed at that comment.

And/or just taking advantage of the numerous loopholes in the cap. A club can easily and truthfully say they are spending the cap while their player wage bill fluctuates significantly. That said I'd expect departures, even if it is just non-renewals.
