I quite like RHP's analysis, albeit fairly shallow. It doesn't actually have any need to be on the pitch though, that's a gimmick. Think you're maybe a little harsh in doubting him as an ex superstar. I know the NRL have Lockyer and Johns doing theirs but a quick look at past British stars shows why RHP fits the bill, most others are still playing/not available.

I thought that, Eddie was trying to big up the fact that this is the what the super 8's is all about every 5 mins but the crowd looked pretty low compared to other Wigan home games and the whole thing felt a bit preseason. Maybe it was due to it being a Thursday game, tonight's should be a step up.
The distance from target flashing up at every tackle is a joke . Are people really that stupid , Is it really necessary. Hope it finds it's way to the same place Phil Clarks predictor meter went .

This season in Aus we are receiving Sky through Fox Sports and it is the finest coverage of Engish Rugby League we have ever had here by a million miles.
Have known Stevo since I watched his first Penrith game back in the early 70's when he played with Bill Ashurst, one of my favourite all time UK back rowers.

Crowds have been down all round which is a concern and it's a bit baffling as season pass holders are still getting in free. I know it's summer holiday time but these are meant to be 'all to play for' games.
